Are you saying that the replacement twist cable is interfering with the throttle sensor and how it goes into the carburator? If this is just a generic motorcycle twist throttle/cable assembly, then your problem may be in that the cable and cable housing may be too large. You may need a ATV specified twist grip assembly kit for it to work. Has your dealer/tech mechanic given you any help with this?
