04 cat 400 no spark

Howdy all, I recently purchased an '04 Cat 400. Yesterday I had it out idling in the drive and went to move it and it died. When I went to start it it wouldnt fire. I let it set while i did a few things and it still wouldnt fire. I pulled the plug and it seems I flooded it, dried the plug, etc..... and still nothing. so we pushed it in my shop and left it till today. Pulled the plug (wet again) dried it, put the charger on it and turned it over with the plug against the block, no spark. checked the Ignition fuse and its good. Any Ideas?? the plug looks almost new.

Check the kill switch on the left handlebar, same thing happened to a buddy with a Suzuki. He worked on it for hours and when I wiggled the kill switch, it started right up. Once it was running, simply turning the handlebars would make it stall. Bottom line, bad kill switch on his.
