Dump Bucket

We purchased a Swisher dump bucket for our cat. It works off the winch, so they claim.
I have not had any luck with it at all. I am hoping that some folks have a better knowledge of this product and how to make it a success instead of a headache.

So far it has broken 2 winch cables ( we have a 3000lb winch ) should be more then enough to work this thing.

I think it needs some extra help, I know I do.

All thoughts greatly appreciated.
