Best 4wd for Puerto Rico terrain?
2nd trip to Puerto Rico leads me to wonder. (I am NOT an off-road guy) What would be a great family vehicle to traverse Puerto Rico's wild roads and steep grades? I need great seating, strong tranny, motor, and brakes, with good behavior on smooth highway roads, but can climb steep , steep grades to get to places in Barranquitas, etc. Also run along the beach coast without rusting away. Toyota 4-Runner? Jeep?, Kia?, Subaru? I dunno....I like creature comforts..AC, CD Player, Power everything, etc
