I have a 350 Big Bear that rolls over slow and when i try the pull cord the starter turns over. I have changed the mag, the one way bearing and all 3 of the needle bearings and now i don't know what else to try. If anyone has had this problem or knows what the problem could be PLEASE HELP!!!

The starter isn't starter turning over but there it a whining sound when i pull the pull cord.
Big Bear hard to start.
