Default 2008 Polaris winch issues in the 400
Winch will extend but wont retract , changed out winch and is still doing the same thing . Checked out switch ( controls ) and all looks good

What brand winch is it? Did you try a different relay?

sounds like a bad switch or relay. does it move in at all? its anew product or used? try calling manufacturer.
