What's considered high mileage for a UTV?

Hi all. I'm new here, but not really new to ATVs. I've owned a 2002 Polaris Sportsman since new. Used it mostly for yard work, with a very rare trail ride. All these years, it still has less than 1,000 miles on her.

I've decided to go the side by side route and my local independent shop has a 2014 Yamaha Viking 700 camo for sale asking $9,995. Has several extras such as windshield, roof and brand new tires. Looks to have about 5,200 miles on it. I know this practically nothing for a car or even a motorcycle, but is this considered high mileage for an ATV?

I would be using it primarily for yard work and some light snow plowing.
