Default 02 400 ex cluch problem

ok so i pick up this 02 400 ex from a buddie for 400 bucks. say's nothin wrong with it but cluch don't work. get it home find out he buried out the cluch springs.(wut a dumb ass) so now my problem is i get it unstuck all apart resoke the plates go to put it back together and look in my clamer book for the torque spec on the springs andd cant find them, call locall dealer and honda them self's still cant bet it. if anyone kno's plz let me kno

Tighten the clutch bolts in a crisscross pattern in 2-3 steps....6-9ft-lb

Maintenance
spark plug -- 13 lbf-ft
valve adjusting hole cap -- 11 lbf-ft
valve adjusting lock nut -- 17 lbf-ft
crankshaft hole cap -- 5.8 lbf-ft
timing hole cap -- 7 lbf-ft
engine oil drain bolt (crankcase) -- 18 lbf-ft
engine oil drain bolt (oil tank) -- 14 lbf-ft
engine oil strainer screen (at oil tank) -- 40 lbf-ft
oil pipe joint flare nut -- 14lbf-ft

Cylinder Head/Valve
cylinder head cover bolt -- 8 lbf-ft
rocker arm shaft -- 20 lbf-ft
intake sub-rocker arm shaft -- 20 lbf-ft
exhaust sub-rocker arm shaft -- 20 lbf-ft
cam sprocket bolt -- 14 lbf-ft
cam tensioner plug -- 2.9 lbf-ft
cylinder head nut -- 33 lbf-ft

Cylinder/Piston
cylinder bolt -- 33 lbf-ft
cylinder stud bolt -- 33 lbf-ft

Clutch/Gearshift Linkage
clutch center lock nut -- 80 lbf-ft
primary drive gear nut -- 65 lbf-ft
gearshift drum stopper arm pivot bolt -- 9 lbf-ft
gearshift spindle return spring -- 17 lbf-ft

Altenator/Starter Clutch
flywheel bolt -- 94 lbf-ft
starter clutch bolt -- 22 lbf-ft
left crankcase cover stud bolt -- 7 lbf-ft
gearshift pedal pinch bolt -- 14 lbf-ft

Crankcase/Transmission/Crankshaft
mainshaft bearing setting plate bolt -- 9 lbf-ft

Lights/Switches
neutral switch -- 9 lbf-ft

Not a problem I had to pull out a old manual to find out the clutch spring specs....

yea all the new booksare messed up even dealer didnt kno they told me just to run the bolt home and its good. but if i did that cluch wont work

How is the 400 running? Hopefully like a HONDA should.....

as far as the motor is runs great is got the 440 kit with stage2 hot cam all only like a year old so its still real strong. only problem i got is that darn cluch and i need 1 rear hub other then that she's ready for the track. ill post pics soon.
