Default Weird Squealing Noise

Hello I have a 03 honda rancher 350 4x4 ES,
I ran it for a bit today and everthing sounded good after i shut it off via using the orange kill switch not the key it made this squealing noise for a second and then was gone its started up again and did not do it then then i tried again and heard it again any idea what it might be would be a appericiated thank you

PS I know my starter winds too when very coldoutside as it is probably gunked up on the bendix going to clean that this spring just was wondering if that had anything to do with it too

Does the sound come from the starter side?

I'm not sure what it is. But have you checked anything in the gearbox or the drive shaft. I had a squeeling noise too. But mine was on a suzuki. It was just to of the gears grinding a little.
