Honda 250EX front brake replaced, one side is dragging...
I changed the front brake pads on my 250EX a few days ago, and the procedure went well. I used the EBC severe duty pads that are supposed to last longer than regular.
When doing the change, the one caliper would not open as far as the other when I compressed the piston, but it still opened far enough to allow the pads to clear the disc rotor.
The other side went perfect.
So now I have one wheel that barely spins and the other spins perfect. I did the same procedure for both. Any idea what to do?
I could just let the one pad wear down by driving it(as it is dragging) so it becomes even with the other one, or is there something else I can do?
Someone told me that I should grind the one pad slightly down, but this does not sound like a good idea either?
Any advice?
