1985 atc 200s engine swap

Hi i am new to the forums and have some questions.

I can get my hands on a trx300ex engine, would it be worth putting in my atc 200s or should i just put the extra 200s engine in it? the previous engine had blown up and i now have another engine, but if a 300ex engine is more powerful or faster i would do that. so can i have a list of pros and cons of the engine swap?
