I have an 06 Brute Force 650, which went from running great to backfiring when giving it throttle. It idles perfect, I change plugs. Gas is new too. It also seems to run like it does if yoiu dont hit the Reverse Bypass when backing up with any speed.
will check that out and let you know what I found. I have also heard of a couple wires that could be bypassed at the rev limiter, as it acts just like reverse does if you dont bypass it.
