Default Kawasaki Prairie 360 Problem

Hi, I've been plowing snow off of sidewalks with my ATV for two years now and I haven't had any major problems with it up until last week. When I give it gas it feels like it's hesitating. It has no power behind it. The check belt light is on but what am I suppose to do to repair it? I can't afford the costly hourly rate of local quad mechanics. Thank you.

The Kawasaki Prairie 360, Kawasaki Prairie 650, Kawasaki Prairie 700, Kawasaki KFX700 V-Force, Kawasaki Brute Force 650, and Kawasaki Brute Force 750 ATVs are fitted with drive belt alert systems. When a fault is detected the system is tripped and will make your ATV sputter in “Slow Mode” and on some models disable four-wheel drive altogether. The drive belt most likely needs to be replaced and the alert system reset.I have never replaced a belt on a kawi but in most cases there fairly easy to replace try emailing Kawasaki for the belt replacement and alert reset procedures. goodtimes@beartoothkawasaki.com
