Guy brought in a 250 taotao smoking, said he towed his wifes atv about 5miles through powder sand. Seems he didnt know you have to oil the air cleaner also. I rebuilt the motor new jug, piston,rings,valve job, the works. Now it will only start with the choke on and I have cleaned the carb(2T) and reset the valves twice, checked for vac. leaks
It started fine when he brought it in
I have worked on bikes for many yrs, but I dont know it all. Any ideas will be appreciated Guys. I couldn't find torque spec. I used 25 lb.
