HELP Zongshen 200cc liquid throttle problems big time

200cc Liquid Zongshen 4 Stroke Quad Everytime I Punch It The Bike Just Goes Bla Wants To Die But Goes Good At Half Throttle It Was Not Mdoing This Till Today I Have Cleaned The Carb And Still Doing It I Do Not Know Much About This Can Someone Give Me Some Direction Or Some Help Thanks Again I Do Not Know Why Its Doing This Like Its Not Getting Fuel I Thought Maybe Choke But Its Off When It Does This I Do Not Know Someone Help Please

Start simple by checking the spark-plug,fuel filter,airfilter and the spark arrester in the exhaust baffle.anyone of those items could be a cause of your problem. How old a machine is it?

Hello,
It sounds like an enrichment problem. When you have a carbureted system and open the throttle there is a little pump that squirts a small stream of gas into the manifold. This circuit may be plugged up or the linkage may have come undone. You may also have a torn diaphram or frozen check valve (ball bearing) at the diaphram. If it's easy take off the carburetor give it full throttle. There should be a small stream of gas that squirts towards the front. Also check your main jet for restrictions.
