OK i have on 06 Sportsman 800 EFI I was wondering if anyone knew how i could turn the tail lights off during the day but still have brake lights and still be able to turn them on at night?

Do the lights run all the time on it? No on off switch?

Ya as soon as you turn the key to the run position they come on and stay on.

I have an 06 Sportsman 500 H.O. and it does not leave the tail lights running unless my headlights are turned on, double check and make sure your lights are not on, also, check the reverse light switch and make sure that is not on either.

the tail ligths are always on weather the head lights are on or not but i put a switch in and nounted it in the pod so i can shut them off now and it looks factory
