Lemon 08 800 2-up?????

Hi Everyone , Have recently purchased a 08 800 Sportsman 2-up.. The bike was great frist couple of quick rides, untill today..With my son and i on the quad, after 1 hr of driving it all of a sudden felt like a tire was falling off.The bike just about went into the ditch, felt like the turf mode was activated on the road at speed, is this possible?? Electrical issue , did it twice on the way home....Then the throttle stuck around 40 mph , for what ever reason the ETC did nothing..After stabbing the throttle a couple of times it came free and didn`t stick again untill we just about home..Has anyone had issues like this before..Wondering if i should give back to the dealer......Thanks in advance for any info..

If you just bought it.. i would for sure take it back and B I T C H someone out.. Don't forget to mention that your childs safety was at risk.. that will help your plea
