2007 800 EFI Deluxe

This is my first time on this site. I have a 2007 Polaris 800 EFI Deluxe with starting issues. It won't start. I have gone thru all the electrical, swapped out the ECM, CPS with ones I knew were working and it also got a new wiring harness from Polaris. I do at least have spark now that I have replaced the CPS, but it just backfires thru the exhaust which is telling me it has a timing issue. It has become a real head scatcher. I believe I have exhausted all the electrical avenues. I have also checked to make sure the key hasn't sheared off and that all the dots line up in the Magneto Cover. Does anyone have any ideas where I can look next? Thanks for you time.

There are circuit breakers mounted in the wire between the starter solenoid and the regulator near the battery. Replace and ride hopefully...
