Default 2009 800 2x diff sounds

hey guys ,
new here ,not sure were to start but here goes, bought a neww 2009 800 2x from the dealer oct 2008 , since day one it has had a ratcheting sound from diff rear i think, droped it off at the dealer with my complaint ,they called a week later said cant find and thing and to pick it up
two weeks ago im traveling down a dirt road with active decent switch on and just as im coming to a stop the diff area makes a sound like a chain binding and i can feal it in the bike, like the case is coming apart, stop riding put it on the trailer, went back to dealer they had it two weeks changed oil and said that they cant find anything wrong, and charged me for that work because the said that they cant keep working for free every time i bring it in.
needless to say just how pi----soff i am

has any one had similar problems

thank you

Default diff sounds...

I have never had that issue, but maybe the belt for the rear diff. is frayed.(the dealer would have checked every thing) It sound like the diff gears are binding.
I wonder if you Are supposed to turn that decent button off upon stopping?
