atvman1225 is on a distinguished road
Default 87 cyclone carburetor trouble

i have a problem with the carburetor on an 87 polaris cyclone. when the engine is not running gas is comming right through the carb and not stopping. i have to turn the gas off to get it to stop. any suggestions? please! and thank you!

It needs a new needle and seat. This is the valve that turns the gas on and off as it is needed inside the carbuertor. We have carb kits at hit-the-gas.com in the repair kits selection that include the needle and seat. ~Phil
