I have a 2007 Polaris 500 Sporstman and this quad has been nothing but a headache since I bought it. The lastest problem with it is the electrical.
Hopefully someone can shed some light on this problem. When you turn the key sometimes you can hear the fuel pump kick in and the dash lights up sometimes it does not. When it does come on it will blink and flash like I it is a bad conection. It will sometimes I can start it and it will die shortly after. I have cleaned all connections and tested the battery (battery good)with no success and I have also chganged the ignition with no luck. Can anyone help me with this frustrating problem ?

It's an ECM problem.

Popular problem in 2007 sportsmans.

We have regenerate the transistors on it and the problem is gone.
