Hi everyone, brand new here and hoping to find some answers or people with a similar problem and help anyone out I can.
My 2002 sportsman 500 H.O. is having some issues with the AWD. It's cutting in and out while riding. I put the whole thing on blocks to check when it was working and it would work in HIGH but not in LOW or reverse, but this si not always the case. Sometimes it works in LOW and sometimes it will stop working in HIGH. When it stops working the AWD light goes off as well as the gear indication display. If i turn the key on and off a couple times the gear display usually comes back on as the AWD will begin to work again. It seems electrical but im unsure. It doesn't ever work in reverse either. Not sure if the reverse override button is involved with the issue.
