Thumbs up 850xp

Good to see everyone is happy with their 850xp. I picked one up in Feb and put Commander Trek tracks on it , and guys--I have to tell you that it runs great and sweet. Go anywhere you want to go. There is only one thing that bothers me a bit. I have 180 miles on my machine and I started with the #6 champion plugs and moved up to a #8 because they are hotter and less fouling. But when riding tracks or tires --driving along and let go of the throttle, it sure likes to backfire just like way to much unburned fuel. Anyone else having any issues with backfiring?

Thumbs up Tracks

I wasn't sure which tracks to get, but after alot of research and talking to alot of people with different tracks ,I decided to get the Treks. I like the design and they are over built but they are awesome. I have no complaints and am not sorry that I bought them. To be honest, I don't want to go back to my tires for the summer. The only reason I put my tires on are the guys that I go with drive (to the pin) fast and with the tracks , they are slower and you use more fuel. I am still thinking about putting the tracks on for atleast another month and going back into the swamp and muskeg where I hunt just to clear more trails for this fall and winter.

Question

i just bought an '07 500xp. thought the downhill with the automatic was gonna kill the brakes like on some hondas. this thing is bad to the bone. it is my first polaris and i will have to keep it a long while, glad that i have made a good choice. the tree climbing spikes are kinda hard to fit on the tires, and the auto washing feature is on order. lol SO LONG honda i have seen the light.
