Default Turbocharging sportsman 800

Hello everyone, new to the forum. I am in the process of putting together a turbo kit for my sportsman 800. I would like to make around 100hp or so. I have a T2 turbo w/40mm compressor which is very similar in flow to a GT15. I will be using extra injectors with a seperate controller, seperate regulator etc. I'll also be using a timing box w/boost retard. The package will also be intercooled too w/ straight through low restriction muffler. Does anybody know how much power the 800 engine will accept without modification????

The stock Polaris 800 motor should be able to produce around 100hp at the crank. Just make sure you don't raise the stock rev limiter with the turbo. The crank is the weak link with this motor. To much boost or to many rpms and the crank will be bent.
