Question carb mikuni bst 31 ss rich at idle

This carb. runs rich at idle.spark plug is carbon fouling.Carb was cleaned , and set to factory specs. the machine runs perfectly under heavy load, and high speed with with no carbon fouling. pilot jet is set to 2 and 5/8 turns out. float level set to 13 mm main jet #112 not a #122.5 per factory, pilot jet is a 37.5 as per factory.this unit is operated at 2200 feet above sea level.

My question is should I change the settings on the pilot jet or should I reduce the size. Since the main jet has been reduced ,and the unit operates perfectly .
