no compression?

hey guys im verry new here, im looking for some help , i just rebuilt the top end on my ltz 400 and i only have 30 psi compression.. do i have to take it appart and turn the rings? i have no idea, thank u in andvance guys

I dont know, sounds like your valves are open a bit. I'd recheck clearances.
