Default 95 King Quad Read U Joint... Help!!!!!!

Hi all...

I need to change the inner rear U joint (the one by crank case) on my 1995 King Quad. Does the axle slide out of the crank case or do you have to pull the motor and split the case to get it out. I have the suspention out and the ut side part of the axel out but there is the matal cover over the inner u joint so pounding it out will be dificult. I hope it just slides out with a bit of force. Any help here would be grealy appreciated.

Thanks

All I can tell you is that we replaced the inner u-joints and outer, and they didn't last more than twenty minutes into the ride before they snapped clean off. Moose parts, too, which is why I'm here. I own a 92 Suzuki Quad King 300, and a moderate rider. Second sets of parts went just as quick. You might end up just spending the money for whole new axles.

How did you make out with yours? Did you get it out? I'm where you were in your post. Plus I have play in the bearing.
