I have an 04 yamaha wolverine that started to bog down, and now will not run. Cleaned the carb...twice. Has spark, compression, and fuel. Even putting fuel in the cylinder I still can't even get it to bark. Timing is on......only thing I can think of is that the flywheel spun the woodruff key. Any other suggestions??? Thanks!

Check the exhaust for obstructions.
