Yamaha Warrior 2002 350 Engine vs Raptor 350 Engine

i Have a Yamaha Warrior 2002 350 without the engine,it i s a 4 strokes,2002 ,350cc. i want to know what will happend if i take the Yamaha Raptor 350cc Engine and put it in my yamaha warrior, thw wiring harness will be good? Ive heard that they are the same engine for both quad's! so what may differ if i do this swap????

the 350 engine is way better man. It succeeded the 250 and the 250r has a really good sounding engine.
