Default 07 yamaha kodiak 450 shifting problem

having trouble shifting the bike into high or low gear..can shift in reverse but that is it..any help appreciated

after i posted this thread i went back outside and banged around the little bit of ice that had built up and now i have rev,neutral,high but still no park or low gears..and no more ice to bang off..

try pressing the rear break pedel next to your right foot and hold it down while you shift it in park thats what i have to do with my grizzly 660

I think you should check the wires man. Might be causing the problems of your atv.

Try to have it checked if I were you. I suspect its the clutch coz it wont kick in. But then again, I could be wrong
