Default 2000 Grizzly 600

I just bought a Grizzly 600, made it 2000. I put in on a trailer and brought it home. I have noticed a fuel leak, a slow drip coming from one of 2 drain hoses underneath.

I assume its coming from the carb. Do I have a stuck float? do I have to remove the carb to get to the float? I'm hoping I can pop off the air filter and the top of the carb will be exposed where I can then get to the float. Does anyone have any experience here that can help?

thanks
