Changing oil on 2002 kodiac 400????

Hi, I changed the oil and filter on my kodiac today for the first time since I have owned it, my question is..are there two drain plugs? my wife has an 02 rubicon and there were two drain plugs on hers we only pulled one drain plug, changed the filter and filled it up let it run and filled it up again. Did I miss a drain plug?

There should be an oil strainer in the bottom too.

Dang, I saw that under there but it looked like its never been touched. Thanks for the info man..
