Yamaha Moto 4 200 with motor oil in the breather

I have acquired a 1985 Moto 4 200 that has been setting up for about a year after the folks ran it into the river. I have cleaned the carburetor, changed the oil several times. I got the engine running good and took it for a test drive...about a mile. I noticed there was milky looking oil coming out of the breather box drain. How should I proceed?

On my moto4 the air box goes into the frame.Might have water still in the frame.Try blowing the frame out.
