97 Big bear rear axle stripped which years fit?
My father picked up a 97 350 big bear a few months back.The u-joints were bad so he decided to get to it and replace them.But now the axle has stripped where it enters the crown.He asked me to look around for him.From what i can gather 87 or 88-95 is different than 96-99... Is there any truth to this.He told me theyre held on by the brake drum or something along those lines in earlier years....Could someone please clarify this so i can get on my way in locating one for him.
