Default 96 Big Bear Exsessive Fuel consumpshion

So, as per my other thread, since the spring I have fixed up my old Big bear. I put in a new centrifical clutch, new clutch packs, new stator, and a new coil just for good measure. Now it runs great. Starts quick, loads of power, ect.

HOWEVER....

Now it drinks gas like a pig. I have no gas gauge, only the trip odo, but for 5 years I have always gotten 110kms out of the main tank on my regular trail before having to switch over to reserve.

Now I get 80kms. 86kms at the MOST. And when I turn it to reserve I'm lucky to see the odo hit 110 before I'm totaly out.

Nothing has changed reguarding trail/speed/weight. I think i may have fuged up the carb when I cleaned it in the spring...and I'm just plane new when it comes to carbs.

Any thoughts? Gas isn't getting any cheaper...
