Need help, rear end feels like it is fish tailing(swaying back and forth) all the time.

Rear bushing or bearing could be bad

tom, thanks for the info.,there is a mounted cross brace that holds the drive shaft(don't know if this is a u-joint or a carrier bearing inside)there seems to be play on the right side of this brace/approx. 1/8inch. I checked the play in the axel and could not detect much slack in the wheels.

That could be causing your problem. I would wait for another response or ask a dealer on the part you see with play in it. But it could indeed be you problem.
