replace 23 inch with 21 inch OK ???

I'm reluctant to change my worn 23 inch front tires to some 21 inch that are available cheap, but that increases bearing rpm by 20%. I'm not going to be ripping along most times as I do not "race", but I just picked up this old Polaris Express 400 and have reservations. Opinions??

OOPs, make that only 10% increase in bearing rpm (pi*D1/pi*D2). Retire and your brain turns to mush. lol

10% not much to worry about, forget I ever asked!

as long as it doesn't look goofy as in jacked up to high in the rear to create heavy steering problems I would think it be ok myself
