2019 outlander 850 bad rear springs

Hey guys new to can am I just bought a 2019 outlander 850 at 160kmh I noticed it was riding ruff my buddy said your sitting on the rubbers I took it back to my dealer and they came up with the big ideal of putting heavier springs on so when I got it back you could tell the are stiffer witch I could live with but now it dives in the front big time kinda scary going down hill took it back again they won't do anything about it I called BRP and I've been waiting over 2 weeks and no answer my questions is anyone else have this type of problem I think its dangerous and I haven't been driving it I dont know why they just didnt put the original spring back in and I also noticed they went from a dual rate spring to a single now witch came on my bike
