Wench Solenoid - Continuous vs Momentary

I have an Arctic Cat with a 3000 lb wench. I use this wench for raising and lowering a snow blade during the winter. It came with a momentary switch...no solenoid...direct contact points. Needless to say I ended up filing them a couple times last year to correct burning. Going to get a solenoid and I am looking for input on which type to get.

Continuous duty? Or momentary? Not even sure if the HD continuous duty will even work for my application. Anyway....looking for input from you all.
