Arrow what ATV should i buy!

Hello! I live in NJ and have family in Georgia, Every time I go down there we would go ride ATVs and I want to buy my own but struggling to find one that is good for what I need! I mainly want it to have fun, ride around the woods, go through mud & get dirty! I don't care about it being brand new & pretty just something that rides good for what I want it for! I was told either the Honda 420 or Honda 500 would be good for what I need but I figured I would get other opinions from people with experience, anything helps! (:

Go down to your local shop and talk to them. They’ll put you on the right bike. I have 2 now, a 2020 Polaris Sportsman 570 and a 2002 Yamaha Kodiak 400. I have just as much fun on the 18yo as the new one. Unless you’re into some type of really specific activity I think you’re gonna find that they’re all fun and capable. I went into the shop couple weeks ago intending to buy another Yamaha but the pricing of the Polaris won me over. My figuring was if the one I have has lasted this long as bad as I’ve treated it how can I go wrong.

Honda’s are known for their reliability. I have a 1986 TRX250 that I still ride but I also have a 2014 Polaris Sportsman 800 and a 2016 Can Am Outlander XMR. Test out a few and see what you like. As long as you stick to a reputable brand you should be fine new or used.
