2005 Honda Recon 250ES TRX250TE Pilot Screw Removal

Looking for some expert advice, Recon wouldn't stay idling even trying to adjust throttle jet screw all the way in so decided it was time to clean carburetor (KEIHIN PDC1FA) again. The main jet assembly/slow jet assembly/throttle stop screw have never been a problem to remove and clean. I bought the Recon brand new and carburetor pilot screw hasn't been removed in the past. I attached a picture of the pilot screw and you'll noticed it has a flat spot on one side.I did see on line where they sell a special tool for this.Could anyone give me a good website that sells this tool for a decent price and might even look at rebuild kit? I have read where some people have drilled and extracted the pilot screw and replaced but I made the mistake of trying this on my Suzuki Ozark and ended up having to get a new carburetor (I didn't tell the wife , any advice would be greatly appreciated and hope everyone is enjoying the Holidays.
