2008 kawssaki 250 bayou dieing.

Runs great but when I let it idle for a while start missing and then it dies as if I turned off the key. It will start right back up and run fine until I let it idle. It is worse after it come to operating temp. I have replaced the coil, plug wire and plug and looked for loose wires. Any ideas? Thanks.

My 2005 does the same thing. I'm beginning to wonder if it has to do with valve clearances. That's the only thing I can think of that would change once the engine warms up. I set the valve clearances on mine with the engine at room temp...mainly because the instructions didn't say otherwise...but it's possible that it was supposed to be done with the engine warm. And if so, why didn't the instructions say so? Please let me know what you find with yours. Thanks.
