1995 Polaris 300 4x4 2 stroke

Hey guys,
I have a 1995 Polaris 300 4 by 4 that was sitting for a little bit so soak the carburetor in cleaner for 24 hours and blew out all the holes the best I could with air and then rebuilt the carburetor with a new kit and change all the filters and new gas and put a new intake boot on it and the problem is it runs but it won't idle I even checked the safety switch near the thumb throttle and it's pressing the button in like it's supposed to it runs fine but will not idle I cannot get it to idle will someone tell the factory specs for the air screw and the throttle screw or what works because I can't get the idle most of the time it needs a shot of starting fluid to get it going. The funny thing is it idles really bad but it stays on when I open up the safety switch by the thrum throttle so can anybody give me any tips or maybe something I'm missing thanks

I have one also

I have a 95 300 4x4 also. I have the entire service manual if you want an electronic copy. It's a big file 24.6MB. Not sure it will email that big but we can try or use a file share.

I am rebuilding mine and the guy I bought it off removed all the fuel, oil and vent lines. Could i get some photos of yours so I know where they go?

Does your manual say anything about the carburetor? Like what each screw is supposed to be set at? And I'll have to post pictures later but I know the fuel line comes from the petcock on the take from a hose to an inline fuel filter then down to the carburetor. And the oil comes from the tank down to an inline filter, Down to the oil injection, then up to the nipple sticking out by where the fuel line goes in

It does. I have the full service manual. Glad to send it to you if we can figure a way. Just to big by email I think. May google drive share?

There are about 10 lines between oil, fuel and vent and have no idea what goes where without pictures. My manual does not show them.

I printed out the manual pages for the carb and scanned them to a file but it wont let me attach a pdf. Should have what you need. Give me an email address and I will send it.

Still would like to get pictures of all the fuel, oil and vent lines.

Thanks.
