I replaced Spark Plug, Stator, CDI and Ignition Coil but still no spark. Disconnected black cable in CDI box to see if it was something to do with kill switch and nothing.

Turns over with Starter.

What am I missing?

Broken or shorted wire.
Wires sometimes break near the end where they connect to their connector. It can sometimes be felt by the wire being too flexible where the copper is broken and their only being plastic there. The best way to check for breaks though is using a mutimeter with a beeper function to indicate good conduction.
Sometimes wires chafe and wear through their insulation, around the steering head is common where the wires run to the bars, or anywhere the wires are not held firmly.. and even then they can chafe..haha A visual inspection is the best check there. Tape up any chafed wires. Seperate and then tape them if there is more than one wire with worn insulation
