2003 Arctic cat 300 air/fuel issue?

Bike just started bogging down when trying to accelerate. It will crank just fine and idles great. When first starting, giving it gas runs great for 5-10 seconds and then it will bog down. Let off gas and it will go back to a good idle. I pulled the carb and cleaned it with no luck. I Replaced with a new carb and still have the same issue. I'm at a loss here, any help would be great!
