[Blevinator]

Hello. Can somebody please help me identify what this part is? The mechanic in me would say that it is a thermostat housing but does not look like it from the part diagram. This was like this when I bought this used and I need to put it back the way it was when it was stock. Looks like it has been turned around from the stock photo. I also need to know what hose goes to it from the factory and where it connects please!
