My 2014 Sportsman 400HO is bogging at high throttle. It starts super easy, idles and runs decent at low and mid-throttle, but starts to bog and sputter on the upper end. It does this under load, climbing a hill, pulling, or going fast and it also does it under no-load... It still happens as you rev up in park.

I immediately suspected the carburetor. I took the carb apart and cleaned it, although it was pretty clean anyway. I cleaned all the jets and needle.

I eliminated it being a float issue by letting the bike sit (so the bowl would be most full) and then starting and throttling quickly in park. It starts to bog at the high end right away. (way before the bowl would have time to empty).

Ive put a new battery in and I've cleaned the air intake system and filter.

What am I missing? Whats next?

Update.

I bought a carb rebuild kit and replaced all the jets including the needle and the needle valve and I'm up and running. I cannot see anything wrong with the ones I took out but in any case, the new jets worked.
