Hi All. Am working on an older King Quad, can't find any numbers on it, and it won't fire. I cleaned tank, put in fresh gas, check for spark all good. I even sprayed some gas in the cylinder and did not even get a pop! Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Depending on if it sat out side or how long it sat it could need the carb rebuilt. It might not be getting gas to the cylinder. I would probably try rebuilding the carb if i were you.

The optimal compression should be anywhere from 100 to 125 psi.Simple troubleshoot on a low compression engine
Put one tsp. of oil in the cylinder through the spark plug hole.
Run compression test
Higher compression = ring problem
No compression change = valve problem
