It's a wild guess given I don't know what a XUV590M is but I'd say you have an electrical problem.. I'g suggest you get a service manual and check how the fuel gauge and fuel pump work, and how to test them.
Man oh man, luv me sum Gator. My neighbor has a 2 door on tracks for the snow what a beast. And yeah with EFI go for the service manual. You may be better served to find a Gator forum.
