Take things apart more slowly, stop and inspect them and figure out what they do, which way they go, and why they are damaged if they are.. Lay parts out following some system.. Outermost parts close to the engine case, inner away from the empty cases.. Left to right parts straight below where they came from.. Something like that, and always follow the same procedures.. It saves hours of puzzling and many problems.

I’ve slowly been learning from my mistakes. What sucks is when you get ahead of yourself and… well, I put an o-ring where it didn’t belong and brought frustration, swearing, and more frustration. I’m just happy that I was able to figure it out: not without help and suggestions.
Yeah. I tried to torch my 74 Ramcharger one time. Took years for me to let myself live that one down. Still have the RC though.
